I just wanted to ask. What is usually the norm for an arrangement if I'd say would like to fly an escort from the US to the Maldives or a resort island somewhere for a few nights?

Of course the flights and lodging would all be covered but how does one calculate or negotiate dollars the time spent? Of course it's almost like a working holiday right?
