Most of the time I have great experiences and they become regulars and I'm happy to help spread good reviews and word-of-mouth advertising. I think what helps are short text messages saying what I want to do and expect them to do (and I'm very vanilla) and the rates, date and time. What causes me to be disgruntled are non responsive texts, no shows, saying you do things but now they are all up-charges and being high on something.
