Went to GrandeSpa (300 w56) nothing special: Allen overweight former twink insisted of $50 tip for very basic service, NEVER going back.

It sounds like Allen, the former twink has fattened up during the pandemic. They demand their own tips there, not good.

Tip based on service provided. I don't think it should be expected if it's an incall, but if he goes beyond what is normal, then tip accordingly.
