That is something I would be very interested in. Not to shame the provider, but to remove a hurdle in the hiring process. When a provider's profile is clear about what they offer (and to whom), it'll attract that type of client. It would also let people who have a harder time with rejection know right away if a provider is worth approaching, or if the provider would decline/cancel after learning the client's attributes.
