I'm a face man myself. If I don't like the face, then I'm not interested in the rest of his body. A nice smile goes a long way with me.
That's not to say that the neck down isn't important, too, but if a man were a 10 from the neck down but his face didn't do anything for me, then I wouldn't be insterested.
