    I've never had a Thai massage before, but I'm assuming you're clothed the whole time and there's far less likelihood of it turning sensual.     No, with a service, you can use the locker room starting no more than 30 minutes beforehand. I guess technically you could stay as long as you want after your service. The space is really small, though.

    My experience was similar to that of roaminhandz and Maverick007. And the massage was excellent.

    Have never gotten extras from any of the therapists. But the steamroom is always hopping.

    For a legit spa experience, I've gotten good deep tissue massages (with a focus on my back) from Maurice at M Spa in the Castro.

    I had a couple of great massages from Mark years ago back when he did sensual massages. Solid massage skills. Haven't tried him recently, though. He did confirm over text that he has retired from sensual bodywork.

    I understand that the massages at M Spa in SF (Castro) are legit/therapeutic, but wondering if anyone has recommendations among the current masseurs based on skills and maybe even some teasing; and wouldn't hurt to be fit/attractive.
