Dpiral Spiralized zucchini instead of pasta is actually good, cauliflower mashed ain't bad. My go to masseur is also a personal trainer, but I havent taken him up on it, yet. I'm down 30 pounds been 2 years on weight watchers, the new free style program is really working for me, I've been down a pound a week. Tracking for me is key, cutting carbs, portion size. My downfall has been trying to cut down on alcohol, my partner is a great help, very supportive. Keep up the good work.

My goto massage guy wasn't responding to my texts, it drove me nuts thinking what did i do or say that made him block or ignore me. I tried email and calling no response. A year later he texted me asking how i was doing, turned out he changed his number, he updated masseurfinder but i was using his old phone contact number. We've since made up "big time".
