  1. So...to inflate, you squeeze your balls, or somewhere around there, and that's the pump? and there's a button under the skin in the balls to deflate? I was thinking it'd be some sort of external pump that you'd connect somehow.

Nope nothing external at all... the pump is the middle device, the release valve is just above it. See that little "Nipple". I squeeze and hold to achieve my flaccid state.

  2. I guess this may be like so many other things. Some clients are put off by tattoos, which are usually quite visible. Some clients wouldn't think of hiring a smoker, which in most instances is easily detectable by deep kissing, particularly for those who are especially sensitive to this, and some would not even contemplate hiring an escort with an undersized endowment.

In your case, @Michael Paul, there may be clients who will pass on hiring you, especially if you are honest and upfront about having your implant. Looking at your flaccid pic up-thread, everything appears normal, unless the angle in the pic is somehow deceiving, but from your statements here, the only way someone might detect your pump after you're fully hard would be by noticing a difference in the texture of your shaft if they were touching and/or manipulating (sucking or jacking) you.

It really does come down to this in your case: if you are completely comfortable and secure in the fact that your penile pump is undetectable to the men who hire you, and I would guess that you've felt your fully engorged organ many times since the procedure, so you know if there is any obvious difference between your pre-pump and post-pump hard-on, you know within yourself whether it would be better to explain anything at all about your pump to any possible client or not.

Of course, as pointed out by others, advertising that you are hard "100% all the time, as long as you like" in your ad copy might make you so proud of having the ability to do this, that you feel compelled to talk about having the implant. In the end, though, only you may decide if you need, or indeed, want to tell any or all prospective clients about your pump. Certainly, no one who has contributed to this thread so far has any actual experience with a penile implant except you.

    TruHart1

Thanks for you kind words TruHart1... It is undetectable, visually. The only way I guys will know is if he gets down there an plays with my nuts. I now have 3 ..LOL ...So far no one has said anything about it, nor have I told them.

  3. After I had my surgery , My Urologist was so impressed by my recovery he asked me if I would be interested in becoming a Patient Advocate for men Suffering with ED. I am currently in training now. My target base will be the Gay Community. As we all know we "play" totally different. I use to be a total bottom. After having my surgery I felt more "power" and I am now enjoying topping. As I mentioned it is a life changing.... Oh, I will work with straight men as well.

  4. $60k total.....so that was wholly elective (self-paid) & not covered by any insurance as "medically-necessary" ?

ED is considered by some insurance company as medically necessary if there is a medical problem that has caused the ED to occur. In my case an ultra sound was performed. the scan showed I had what is know as a Venous Leak. Basically a small tear in the part of my dick that traps the blood when aroused. My first insurance carrier Humana denied my surgery. I had to wait another year and changed insurance to Ambetter. Once I met my out of pocket expense. My surgery was covered 100%. I paid nothing. In most case ED has an underline cause.

  5. WOW, so you can give yourself a BIG bulge anytime you want ???? Post some pics on the Web, and Ill feature you in my "Package Report" thread in the forum..... :p:D:p

The more i think about it, I feel the "100% hard all the time, as long as you like" detail is a great selling point, whether the client be a sexual nymphomaniac or simply curious. or just a voracious cocksucker, it would PEAK my interest !

That seems the to the consensus on here.... I think I will go with this description... ;)

Yes, I can walk around with any size bulge I wish....I will work on taking some pictures for you JJ

    :);):p:D:eek:

  6. OP HERE again..... let me explain about Penile Implants. It is 100% internal. There are 3 parts.

1.The Pump, which inflates and the deactivation part is located in the scrotum

    2. The tubes are located inside the shaft. There are 2 of them. One on the left and one on the right. The penis has 2 different chambers with the urethra down the center.

    3. The Reservoir which holds the saline fluids that flows into the chamber to cause the erection, when the pump is activated. Placed on the inside of the lower side of the abdominal cavity .

How it work: To inflate the penis, the pump which is a small ball shaped pump must be squeezed until the desired size is achieved. When you squeeze the pump it releases the saline and it fills the 2 tubes located in the shaft. Then I can do what ever I wants, for as long as I wants. Once I'm finished. There is a button called the deactivation valve that is squeezed above the pump, that will releases the saline from the tubes and it returns to the Reservoir. When with a client I can be discreet with it's operation, or I will tell them about it during our conversation prior to scheduling.

Sound complicated, but it really is not. The best part is that I never again have to worry about if my erection will last or not. No more ingesting harmful chemicals into my body...

I understand it may not for everyone, but I have one and it has improved my sex life completely ....:D:p:);)

Price may vary depending on your location. Mine was 60K total . It will have to be replace in about 15 years.

  7. I was thinking the same thing. Even if the device is internal, there needs to be an external valve or opening of sorts to attach the pump to. Is this comparable to inflating the tire on a car? What happens when you're done fucking, how can the dick be deflated to its flaccid state?

To the OP - I don't care if it cost you $16,000 or whatever. Any device is prone to malfunction. Be careful and don't blow it up!

Well it's quite obvious , you have No knowledge of Penile Implants... You CANNOT see anything. I am convinced that once a person has their mind set on something it cannot be changed...WOW.

  8. Gotcha. You are welcome.

Frankly, I think this is a damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don't type of situation. Some guys will be turned off if you tell them and others will be pissed off if you don't. I like the suggestion about the "100% hardness guarantee." You could always follow it up by saying something like "Ask for details."

It is a difficult situation, since many guys are not even aware of penile implantation. I do agree with you 100%

  9. I just curious as to WHY some feel the OP should reveal his personal detail. He's an escort, and as long as he is providing the client with the HARD cock he is paying for, what's the difference HOW it got that way ?

I dont think that's the clients business....

Thanks for the clarification, but I thought I made my comment clear that it all depended on whether the condition was detectable in any way. If there is some device attached to the OP that a client is able to see, he might want to mention that because you never know where a persons comfort level lies.

Guys , it is apparent that your not reading my additional post. My implant is completely internal, you CANNOT see any part of it.

  10. The real question is this - if you pump it up too much, will it explode? As a client, I definitely want to know this.

    Thank you.

This is not some cheap vacuum pump that you can buy as a novelty Item. My Implant is all internal , it cannot be visible by looking at my dick. Do you really think that a medically made device that cost $16,ooo just for the implant it's self would explode. The answer is NO

  11. Op here ... Several different replies to my concern. Do or don't I post it in my ad. Would it not be any different than posting one's HIV status in an Ad ? Just a thought.... I would most certainly tell them prior to our meeting. During our discussion about their experience with me... I know it could be a make or break deal for men in the end. You guys are always there to offer you opinions, which is why I asked. It's a new thing now Penile Implants. I'm glad I had my done. Beats the hell out of putting chemicals in my body... My erection looks completely natural. @Travis69 I like your thought process.. "Rock hard erection 100% of the time or your money back"..:p

    Thank Guys.

    Michael_ Paul

  12. I dont think its important they know that in advance, as long as it doesnt disappoint in person. Let it be part of your "mystique"...

Thanks for your thought on m new found toy..LOL.... still trying to figure out to make it fun with out them finding out, so I wasn't sure I should tell upfront, or just pump up while I have their attention else where.

  13. Okay guys, Escort here. Might be risking a lot by exposing this part of me, however I need some opinions. I have had some major surgery to improve my sex life. I am just not sure if I should include this change in my profile. Some might find it to interesting, while other may not fully understand and get turn off because of it. I have had Penile Implant surgery done over the summer, to help with my Erectile Dysfunction. No need to take pills or injections any longer. I now have a Hard Dick on Demand. I pump it up externally and can stay hard forever. Would this be something a client would want to know in advance or would it be a negative thing?

    MP

  14. Absolutely. I am 48 and I dislike hiring younger than 35 and really prefer in their 40's or older.

Well I'm glad to know there are some of you out there that would higher an older escort. It's to bad your not in Atlanta. There seems to be no market for someone my age here. Atlanta is all about that pretty boy , muscled bound exterior. Which I get, I however I offer style and maturity, and a gentlemanly exterior.

It is what it is here . ..

  15. I sent a thank you text or email after I meet someone. Although I'm the hooker. It's a personal message letting them know I truly enjoyed the time together. I'm probably such a dork that I often do this after a rare hookup as well. Time is valuable and there's many hookers out there. If someone chooses to spend a couple hours or over night with me I'm thankful.

    Hugs,

    Greg

I also send a Thank You text... I am after all a Southern Gentleman.

  16. That is what escorts usually assume. However there are many reasons why a client may check your profile several times. One of them is double checking when pondering a hire. I do not jerk off at escorts profiles, I prefer porn; but I do check often a few guys profiles. I have a pool of guys I keep in my To Do List, and every time I am ready to hire I check again all of their profiles trying to make a decision.

You are most likely correct. I do believe some do indeed enjoy looking a pictures and videos. I have had a few ask me if I was going to be adding more videos. That they enjoy watching them.. Which does not bother me. Perhaps one day they will get brave and want to meet me for a real experience.
