I did not like the fact that the original Mouse didn't want to be involved after the first series. I loved him a lot. I remember watching this when it first aired in Akron, OH, although I had read the books before. I was blown away. Laura Linney can do no wrong.

From here... It sounds like it might be time to return to Barbary Lane.
