Could be... but also could be they don't want calls and they don't want to take off their ad so "regulars" that have their phone remember them? Not sure... But I have a regular masseur that his phone is not displayed on his rentmasseur ad... I'm not sure why. The first time I send him an email via rentmasseur and he repied promptly. He shared his phone and I hired him. It went well. He's now a regular. I think if they want to scam you they should make it easier for you to contact them, so is on their interest to have a phone published. That's my thought. But everything is possible...
