I also never understood the relevance of the name The Deli in relation to discussion ABOUT escorts. Perhaps the name needs to be more identifiable?
I think 'Deli' refers to meat.

Garbo (as in Greta); Phoebe (as in Phoebe Caufield from Catcher in the Rye), or Portia (as in Midsummer Night's Dream) ... ???

May Daddy be remembered in death as he was in life, an engaging, intelligent, creative, and empathetic pioneer whose entrepreneurship improved the lives of so many. May our warm memories of him, and our mutual support of each other, soon eclipse our current grief and guide us through this sad and perplexing transition. Thanks to all who dedicated their time to contact the hospital, social worker, long time friends, et al, and especially to Cooper, for reiterating, 'no man is an island unto himself.' Be, Go, and Stay Well, Daddy!

I also appreciate the resurrection of this thread, because last week I made the paradoxically difficult and humane appointment to have my 15-year-old basset-dachshund euthanized. Fortunately for me, Phoebe's veterinarians suspended their current protocols of not letting humans in their office. I appreciated their empathy and support. Robert Woodruff Anderson's quotation, "Death ends a life, but it doesn't end a relationship." has helped me cope with this sad transition. Photographs, warm memories, and shared anecdotes from those who knew Phoebe have begun to work their magic of eclipsing my grief.

I’ve met with a couple of companions who lock the bathroom door to pee. I always thought it was odd for the same reason you point out ?♂️
Some people who lived in a large family with only one bathroom become creatures of habit and automatically lock the bathroom door.

And why hate on Kentucky? What did Kentucky ever do to the universe to deserve association with that term?

The news is saying they had a short tribute to him just before Monday's episode - our local station that shows Jeopardy didn't air it. That's odd.

- Discuss how payment will be exchanged before you meet (cash, payment app, etc)
- Hygiene (unless otherwise discussed, shower, brush teeth, etc)
- If you are going to bottom, be prepared accordingly to minimize unpleasant surprises.
- If you might go to dinner or other outside activities, discuss beforehand so he can also have appropriate clothes ready, etc.
Also, discuss dietary restrictions and preferences before choosing the restaurant (or, if you're cooking, the menu).

Hey, thanks for the input, but I don't quite follow. What do you mean?
Think Penthouse Forum scenarios or short stories from Nifty.org ... I imagine the writer gets a thrill thinking his recipient will get aroused.

Xi Jinping Vows To Combat Coronavirus By Making It Illegal To Mention
BEIJING—In an effort to assuage concerns about how his government has handled the deadly disease outbreak, Chinese president Xi Jinping held a press conference Monday to announce plans to combat the coronavirus by making it illegal to mention within the next week. “We are directing massive resources towards eradicating the slightest hint of any person speaking about the virus, and I promise you that any conversation or literature pertaining to the virus will be completely eliminated during the next seven days,” said Xi, warning that if immediate action was not taken, it could be too late to stop the spread of information. “We have already seen far too many senseless deaths as a result of this outbreak, so I vow here and now that those official death toll numbers will remain unchanged.” Xi closed his remarks by urging anyone who believed they were suffering from the outbreak or knew someone who was to come forward so they could be executed.

Maybe he wants to send a subliminal message to clients that any exchange is for time only .

Yes, I think you're right! I'm always amazed just how "flexible" these on line courses are these days that "students" can travel and have so much time while working on a degree! Maybe he's on a sabbatical?
To compete with for profit on-line institutions, more traditional universities and colleges have begun to offer classes via that medium as well. That said, I wonder the same thing.

What about a box of quarters($500.00)? I think that may be pushing it. lol
The provider would have laundry money for at least 20 years!

Wow! Well put @RomanticRick !
Just a lurker here. But, having followed this thread over these weeks, feeling compelled to add 2 cents. You have let love reign supreme. Even though you had so much reason to hate, all your actions rightly tinged with caution, have been to just excise this "tumor" (you still love) out of your life while not destroying it. Nothing or no one can bring you down. Congratulations!
The "tumor" will self-destruct.

I’ve often considered that....but does the escort want the account active? Do they have a veto over someone buying a gift membership and activating the account?
Good question, but I imagine a provider who doesn't want his membership renewed can easily deactivate his account and would, likely, appreciate the gesture from the client.
