It often feels a bit too transactional (I know, its a transaction). I am usually quite nervous and that probably doesn't help. I never do less than 2 hours so my hope is that we will get to know each other a bit but except for a couple of experiences (none of which are local, its been wham bam thank you sir. Maybe my expectations are too high.

I rarely hire but would like to hire more and have the financial ability to do so. The issue for me is that most of the time I am disappointed with the encounter. I am not particularly picky and I don't believe I am a difficult person. I am 65, retired, and maybe 10 lbs overweight and I would assume that my appearance is acceptable. My hygiene is impeccable.
