Sorry guys, I was not sure the best place to post this question so the moderators can move it if it doesn't fit here. Ok, so I'm usually extremely against hiring an unreviewed guy, but I stumbled on a guy that struck my fancy. We've been emailing back and forth and I'm tempted to meet but I'm still quite nervous.
