Omg is so interesting to see this, I have personally never developed any feelings for the guys I’ve been with because I feel my sexual needs are different from my emotional ones so I don’t really have that problem so far.
i wouldn’t be too hard but you need to explore and maybe realize you want a level of intimacy that is not achievable in this situation because it’s still a deal so maybe you wanna put a face to those needs and let me tell you, you would get it wrong!
I have personally see a couple of the guys outside of the hotel room because I love to chat, either for some drinks or, dinner and one of them took me to the airport, I have only accepted a date with one I saw in Colombia but only because he was very clear it was in our privacy and not like client provider basis, we became friends but the idea of having a relationship with somebody in here is very naive and challenging, at least for me !

1. All of the guys I’ve been kissed, you can see on their ads if they do it or not but it’s something you clearly can ask like any other stuff, I personally found not kissing kind of mood killer but that’s on me. 
 
2. yes you do, try to be as straightforward as possible and after the introduction you can ask what would you like and what to expect, the kissing is usually very light deal ( I have found guys that don’t kiss are either bisexual or straight doing gay for pay), extreme sex  (WS, fisting or similars) require a specialized provider and time so it’s extremely important to communicate this, rimming is another usual deal breaker ! 
 
3. There shouldn’t be any issue from the provider part or your part when it comes to personal hygiene or oral care, you do your standard cleaning ( brush teeth, tongue and cheeks, flossing and mouthwash), some of the guys smoke or vape and found that nicotine mouth a little obnoxious but doable, most of the guys had have an amazing hygiene and I have tried to meet them there ( specifically for the douching) one fun fact is that in the past I used to offer Gatorade or Powerade to the guys and one time he had the red Gatorade before the kissing and could taste it on his mouth, I only offer water now hahaha

I laugh all the time, during, before and after because I love great conversations and tease the guys constantly, so it’s not uncommon, at least not for me hahahs

I think it’s on you totally I mean with this economy I don’t blame you but i wouldn’t do it for the ones that see you in regular basis, as a costumer I don’t do regulars because I love exploring and usually have some issues to see somebody in a regular basis for that so I feel like I don’t really deserved that privilege but if someone gives you that I think you can reciprocate that !

Depending of the city, rates could be higher or lower but could go around ($300-$500) depending on the provider, for a very specify guy you have to ask Dm but you can expect those rates and decide what you can do, I have never found anything below 300 but have never payed more than 400, however I have been quoted 500-700 for some platinum guys and a guy that had like a bunch of titles ( not relevant for what we were gonna do ) so hahaha.
