if you go the poorest and most God fearing parts of the country you'll see folks who are either obese or on meth. Few in between! Morbidly obese... I would suggest instead an "internment camp" where folks are forced to exercise and eat healthy for a few months, I guarantee you they'll shed a few pounds. -
