    yes, but in this case possession/ownership of child pornography is the crime. Let's see what happens. Good point, I won't defend or agree with MrMiniver, but I'm sure many of his friends and coworkers will be asked questions by the police. Unfortunately hypocrisy is not a crime but it might get his name and picture removed from Congress in behalf of true family values...

    disgusting is what he did, having sex with kids who were 12 to 14 y/o, that's rape, isn't it? Also the fact that he tried to pass an amendment to the constitution to ban gay marriage and wanted Clinton to resign during the Lewinsky scandal. He paid 3.5 million dollars to hide what he did to one of his victims, several victims and relatives of one of the victims who passed away have come out to tell their story. Please go defend someone else's honor, not Hastert's hypocrites don't have one, they're cowards.
