Judge by yinzselves! If you like history it's a city with a Governor's palace built in 1610, an even older church, native ruins, and sky resorts within 30 minutes. Horrible place to live for some... to each his own.

Santa Fe NM, When it snows the sun comes out and melts the snow from the streets and sidewalks only leaving it on the grass. It's a wonderful place to watch a thundersnow. More folks should be doing that and retiring to places where dollars go further instead of this obsession with Florida. Punta del Este, Minas, Montevideo, Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay I know it's far but it's worth it.
