Obviously I don't think that would apply to someone who did porno years ago. The original case was about a Spaniard who got caught peeing in public 10 years ago in his country*, paid a fine for it and was upset that EVERY time someone googled his name THAT 1 minute in his life would appear...
* here in some states he might have been registered as a sex offender.
