    yes, but you'll need to put 100K or more to be able to live there and you can't demolish them to sell the land.

    Good point, when he complains about a bad trip is real and I assume is also true when he (and others I consider friends) talk about a great trip they had. Maybe 4k in 4 days happens to him twice per year. I can tell you for sure it was pretty normal making that much in New York before 2008 and I'm sure some pornstars still do.
