Just wanted to add here. I live a few blocks away and after finding out about this place (thanks to everyone here!) I’ve been a few times now.
I’ve had massages from Andre, Teddy, and Patrick (2x). All good massage experiences but I’d say Teddy was my least favorite (but still good!), Andre was pretty good and has a great body, but Patrick was next level.
