  1. @Unicorn, it would make more sense to stay in the United States, given my health problems. I have talked to several People who also want to visit Scotland, so we shall see. Thanks you
  2. Interesting response given you may not have known my grandparents were either born in Scotland or Nova Scotia. My maternal grandmother was born in Aberdeen, Scotland. I remember her because she lived with us. She loved the poet Robert Burns and read his poems outloud with a Scottish accent. I greatly regretted now that I spent so much time in Australia and New Zealand and none in Scotland. I had no control over spending a year in the army in South Vietnam Me and Prince Harry......nice ass
  3. That means a lot of flying between Massachusetts and California. With occasionally rent a cars to make a cross country trip.
  4. You could spend a few long weekends in Boston during the Winter. Take up ice hockey, which I would love. And watch professional and college basketball and hockey on television or in person.
  5. A sweater is not need in July and August. Summer in Massachusetts is quite hot
  6. Big different? I don't think so.
  7. What about Rancho Mirage, California and Truro, Massachusetts? Willie Mays lives in Rancho Mirage
  8. Ha ha
  9. I enjoy living on the east coast fairly near the Atlantic Ocean and New York City. Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania. I was close to Palm Springs once - in August, many years ago. Too hot
  10. Most underrated in SoCal Lunch or dinner at Avalon in the Fall (Catalina).
  11. "Taxi" had an episode about a guy wanting to date Tony.
  12. Huh? Almost everyone who visits Philadelphia wants to see the Liberty Bell, a symbol of liberty. And while they are there, perhaps Independence Hall as well. Or is that something that doesn't meet with your approval as well.
  13. Overated Dubrovnik Very underated:. Stockholm and Sarajevo
  14. @Charlie used to live in Philadelphia. Don't you read his posts here?
  15. Fried clans are also very popular in Massachusetts. Not sure about in Provincetown though
  16. Underrated: the house where Greta Garbo was born in Stockholm I don't have an overrated pick
  17. You must be joking. Seriously What is it with you?
  18. There have always been energetic young men in Provincetown on Summer weekend night as far back as I can remember (early 1960s) It is Cape Cod where families go for vacation. Falmouth, Hyannis in particular drow young people Try Rockport and Gloucester on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Not gay, but beautiful places to visit
  19. I must have been at the well attended concert with Broadway diva Barbara Cook on that night in 1999.
  20. I few weeks ago, I did a quick check of my high school classmates in Massachusetts from the early to mid-sixties. I was very surprised so many lived in Cape Cod, or in southern New Hampshire near Hampton Beach. The Winters in Provincetown may be a bit worse though- at the end of the town. I hated being there once in late November. Ugh
