I'm a fairly new provider, and wondering how to best navigate the terrain of dealing with overt questions like "do you provide sensual/erotic" etc. I've looked through other posts on here and it seems some providers are being careful to not respond to these direct questions to avoid legal trouble. Yet at the same time, sites like rentmen or rentmasseur exist and they hide nothing about the nature of the business. I know jurisdiction varies by state, but are people really getting into trouble for providing a sensual massage? Or is law enforcement generally more concerned with human trafficking when it comes to sex work?
