Can confirm. The Victor at Shangrila is European. Slavic.

Granted I went during the beginning of summer, but I would say nearly impossible for discrete meet up. It was well attended, even gender split, people in and out of the rooms, even with the weather outside being nice and people congregating by the heated pool.

Went to see Victor. I wouldn’t call him overweight, but he isn’t the most muscular. Average build and strong hands. I left very satisfied with the experience. He really focused on my legs, without me asking, which I didn’t realize how much I needed.
