Our score tanked like 150 points for late payment I had to get really creative to repair that. We’ve since divorced so my credit is now my own. My point here though is that really bad things have three digit impacts. Apparently 10, 20, even 40 point fluctuations happen from regular (non derogatory) credit activity.
