Just texted with him. He and his partner in the 4-hand are in Boston at a quality boutique hotel (in a good part of town). He was very decent in the text exchange and texted his rates as well as put RIGHT OUT THERE what was on the table… as far as add-ons!!
I’m planning to meet him tomorrow and will update.
