  1. ...lately the plots are getting more and more stretched and lame (if nonsensical) and the singing/dancing numbers are becoming so over the top professional it is fast losing any appeal for me. Still, I miss the older way of the show.

Yes, I hear what you are saying and wholeheartedly concur. I still enjoy the show but feel it's losing its x factor...its original mojo...its je ne se qua.

  2. Consider it a sample plate for the uninitiated: include one of everything. Tits first (and a Katy Perry song), then some slushie action (appeal to the neanderthals), some Beyonce (even if it's sung by guys), and "Thriller". One of everything.

(And considering the target audience of drunk football fans, it's probably no coincidence that this is the first episode where they didn't get Chord Overstreet's shirt off. ;))

deej, you make a great point. I hadn't even consider the network's broader target audience for this episode. Perhaps I'm just overly irritable from withdrawals of not seeing Chord's hot abs, pecs and nips. Now it all makes more sense!

  3. Forced, muddled and disjointed episode...

I really enjoy Glee most of the time. But, did anyone else feel Sunday night's Post-Superbowl episode was disjointed and weak on character-development & plot? A couple of musical numbers were terrific, like "Need You Now" and "Thriller" but, imho, the production overall felt as forced, muddled and incohesive as Christina Aguilara's rendition of the National Anthem!

  4. Madonna Versus Britney Spears: which episode do you feel was the best in terms of music, choreography, etc.? Anyone? Just curious.

I personally enjoyed the Madonna episode more, probably because I know her music better than Britney's. Thought they were both very good though.

  5. I have to say that one of my favorite clips so far, and I may be the only person that thinks this.....is their compilation of Singin' in the Rain and Under My Umbrella. I just think that the choreography and mixes are extremely well done.

I agree Ryan, that performance was incredible...and definitely the most sophisticated and technical choreography on "Glee" to date, imho. I love this refreshingly different show and hope it stays strong in the ratings for a good while.

  6. Definitely fine, but I find those lips a bit distracting - like a love-child of Mick Jagger & Tina Turner.

Hey seeker, are you thinking of Chord Overstreet's big lips? They are full and plump (like Mick and Tina). On the other hand, Darren Criss's lips are just right for me!

  7. Hot video and a major hot stud. I kinda like the photo of him with a scruffy face and black hair. Not liking the other pic so much--in that one his hair definitely looks like a bad dye job. All in all, he's hotter as a blonde.

  8. The same old Tiger re-appears at The Masters today...

He's not going to change overnight, if ever. Fabulous golfer, but deep down he has shown that he has no respect for anyone (not even his dead father) and the only reason he went through all the apologies is because he got CAUGHT screwing every porn star and waffle house hostess--except his own wife! Tiger will keep winning and making millions and also remain totally classless and arrogant just like a lot of other celebrities and athletes.

  9. Wish them well

who knows whether Anderson will come out publicly, I'm not really expecting it while he's still at CNN, but it's still nice to just see him out there with his guy enjoying life off-air. reporting on life and living it are two entirely different things, and now it would appear AC wishes to do both more fully if possible.

    I wish them well.

  10. Blockbuster

I live in North Texas where the Blockbuster corporate HQ is located. Blockbuster has terminated hundreds of Texans who worked at the corporate office and outsourced their jobs--hiring people in India to replace them.

Perhaps BB's new employees in Mumbai will be around to turn out the lights when the company finally goes under.

  11. Slow, Painful Death

Maybe Blockbuster can ask the newspaper industry how pleading with the public about an "unsustainable" competitor is going? Does it help get them to reach into their wallets and help you out?

    I didn't think so...

Blockbuster should have seen these threats coming. It seems the Execs were either incompetent or too concerned with maintaining a temporary stock to innovate and maintain a viable dominate force in the market. And now they want artificial price supports? The only bright side to this is enjoying watching this dinosaur die a slow painful death.

  12. Big Dann in Big D!

Thanks for this thread on Dann Birkholtz. I've experienced several wonderful massages from Dann, too and agree with everything positive posted here about him. He's an avid marathon runner and a work-out enthusiast which explains his 0% body-fat and the hardest set of 8-pack abs in Dallas! Yummmm. Dann is a certified professional massage therapist, a sexy stud and simply one heck of a nice fellow, too. If you need a serious and pleasurable massage, Dann's your guy.

  13. Hot Snow-Man

Stripfan: Nice catch of Bode Miller's goods. I really like this rugged and sexy jock of a snow-man! Yummmmm.
