Ppx got a reaction from TravelingLibra in Spas in Philadelphia?
I know its past when you were here, but center city philly doesn't really have spas that aren't also attached to a hotel or that offer "extras". Closest would be Chung Dam Spa just across the city line in Cheltenham, but thats a korean spa and, well, ymmv
