I am wanting to change the way in which I clean out. Preparing for bottoming starts with a shower enema. I let go in the shower; not in the toilet. It get's messy, very messy and smelly. I am a big guy and I have NEVER been able to douche in the toilet. I have a shower attachment with a metal and plastic insert. I also have a manual bulb as I get nervous using the shower attachments (fear it may rupture my colon) but both do the trick. Currently, to make sure I am clean, I use a 12 inch double ended dildo as to hit that second sphincter so water goes past that. The double ended dildo is also what I use to check to make sure the hersey highway is clean. In addition, I only use silicon lubricant to insert the enema attachments and the dildo because water based lubricants wash off. That makes my shower very slipper and VERY hard to clean; however, tops love the silky feel of silicone. I also find that if there is any fecal matter left, the silicon prevent it from sticking to the dildo and binding up on the inside. Washes off real good. When my insides are clean, I do use water based lube to deodorize my hole. I find that water based lube neutralizes smells and deodorizes. I cannot stand for my top to hit dirt, and when/if he does, it's over for me and him whether he finishes or not. My question for y'all is this: Is there an easier way that you get cleaned out? It takes me about 1 and 1/2 hours to get ready. After getting cleaned out, I have to wait about 20 minutes to make sure there are no water pockets in my colon and then use my double ended dildo to do another check to make sure no fecal matter slipped past. While I realize everyone's bodies are different, is there a laxative to take that helps in the process? If so, how long does it take to work for you? Also, how do you clean silicone lubricant from your shower? Currently, I have to use Dawn dish soap and comet; with a monthly washing of bleach. I've tried generic degreaser from Sam's but it's too much of a hassle and smells awful if any is left behind (but it does work). Also, how does your routine work? I wish I could just take a pure for men or fiber, but that doesn't work for me. I have to make sure my ass is clean and deodorized.
