Yes he did the same with sending pics without encouragement from me. He actually is not in the shape from his ad based on what very little I saw, but he clearly had an agenda that the weekend was going one way and not in my direction.

Well clearly things haven’t changed too much in the last several years…

I appreciate your kind words and must say I agree. I have always only done weekends and or overnights and yes it’s helpful to have that chemistry prior to a trip, but that being said he lives in a warm weather climate and this location seemed a better fit. Further, we have know of each from the past and with so many conversations leading into the weekend I was not overly concerned….Well, we see where that got me, obviously not every guy out there is of this ilk, I clearly made a bad decision, and hopefully this will be of assistance to others.

Well while this all rings true it was New Years Eve Weekend, and a “backup” isn’t always that easy to find on a moments notice that would want to spend the weekend with.

Well it’s a bit hard to find that when prepaid Dinners and Concerts were missed as well and a Holiday Weekend and such, but I will do my best.
