Visiting Tampa soon. Lots of good advice on here about providers, but anyone out there with experience with Gage in Tampa? https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/49275/ The only reference I find of him here is someone requesting info on him as "Levi", which could be a flag, changing names in a short time frame. Profile is a tad generic too with no reviews. Holy moly. I haven't thought about him in more than a decade. I think he might've been the first masseur I ever hired a long long long time ago. Pretty sure we went back and forth beforehand establishing how I'd be down for one of his very sensual body on body lomi lomi or Hawaiian or Thai massages he was offering in his ad at the time and he was very much selling that, but I also mentioned I still wanted and valued an actual post-gym therapeutic massage in the process. Then when the massage happened he seemed really put off by any mutual touch to the point where he said "Oh I see what you came here for" and just proceeded to go right to the ending. Everything about it was very off-putting. I guess the silver lining is that I've learned to be very open and direct on what we're both expecting with any provider, so there's that. Edit: his prices are absolutely wild nowadays. Glad I paid nowhere near that, though unfortunately had they been that high I wouldn't have hired him in the first place and would've saved my young self some hard earned cash

His reviews are interesting to me. Though he's gotten 5 stars from all four reviewers, two of them rate his ambience just as relaxing instead of very relaxing. Though slight, the reviewers made a conscious effort to select that, and that's a small red flag that he's maybe a little intense or stressful to deal with. In any case, he's here in Florida and just wondering if anyone's taken the plunge with this guy and can give us a more detailed review 🙏

I have to visit Orlando a couple times in the next couple of weeks, so looking to see if there's any updates or new experiences with a couple providers I've been keeping my eye on: Michael - RM: CFMICHAEL or Paolo - RM: Paodinho Paolo - MF: 41903 Michael has a couple threads but no updates. Paolo has a couple from a bit ago, which I guess can be summed up as generally positive with some caveats. My type at the moment seems to be warm and fuzzy bearish or cubbish guys, so if there's any other Orlando providers you'd recommend, I'd be happy to hear. Thanks.

He was trying to be accomodating for not having a table, but funny enough, when I asked about mutual touch and sensual aspects, his "we can discuss that when you get here" what was made me take a pass. His English wasn't exactly great over texts, and I didn't want to deal with possible breakdowns in communication and eventual disappointment once there.

Anyone have experience with Travis in Tampa? Seems like a nice guy, skilled, and there's a couple of positive posts here from a few years ago, but there's not much detail. He works out of his chiropractor's office and his posting on RM lists only Therapeutic massages, but the description has me wondering if there's any extras. I truly appreciate the technical massage side of things,and have no doubt a therapeutic massage can be "AMAZING" and "mind-blowing," but I do like my massages with sensual aspects to them in the end. St. Augustine is a tiny city - if you can even call it that - and St John's County is full of new, sprawling suburbs full of the well-off and straight laced. It's not exactly bustling. Jacksonville is just up the road (30-50min depending on the area), but unfortunately the best local i.m.o., Christopher, has sadly left us for brighter lights elsewhere. Jax does get a handful of visiting providers on a regular basis, so always check there. If you get desperate enough, get in a car and drive the 100mi to Orlando. It's got the most providers in the area, and I guess in theory you can do a roundtrip in an evening if the traffic isn't a disaster (or shell out for one of them to come to you)

If you're were talking about the years of experience under the "My Experience" tab, my guess would be the discrepancy might be down to the fact that that's probably a self-reported number and doesn't update itself like it can with someone's age based on a birthday. So he might've just overlooked updating it. His "About Me" does says five years experience, so with a start in 2018, looks like he needs to update that one as well to six for 2024 soon Either way, thanks for bringing him to our attention!

Ad popped up for this beautiful guy Leo from Miami Beach traveling here to Jacksonville. Minuses: No reviews. Extremely generic wording in ad. Lists Miami Beach as homebase but in ad says he's just visiting for "some days". Don't want to overthink the 40% off second massage offer, but that's a very steep discount to entice people to return, so is there a catch? Can't tell if it's a brand new ad, which is one slightly frustrating thing with MF. Thanks guys!

Looks like he lowered his 90min price to $270. I wonder if he reads these forums 😉 But his trip seemingly is stalled in Texas and never made it to the East Coast, so unfortunately my curiosity couldn't get the better of me this time to let you all know. But if there any Texans out there who might know...

As opposed to 6'1" and smooth in San Diego, on the East Coast he's now 5'9" and hairy (which tracks more with his pictures). Between this, that response, the fact he doesn't have a travel plan listed but just pops up randomly across the country, and those negative reviews, he just seems a bit messy to deal with. A shame, really.

He's definitely Top 2 for me. Have always snagged a session with him on his way through town. I don't think he's for everyone but let me go through the positives: - Always has his table, seemingly professional-level massage. - I love beards and a nice bit of hair, so he checks that box. Also, amazing set of tattoos all over. Definitely isn't cookie-cutter attractive, but if you're into that low-key, granola-loving alternative, outdoorsy vibe, he grows on you. - His personality is also not conventional, and definitely not a gym jock, athletic type. I find him quite smart and once talking, we've had deep, far-ranging discussions on topics that probably don't come up often on a massage table. - I've seen him personally shower, so not sure where that idea comes from. I say give it a shot. Just relax and be yourself, and he should respond in-kind.

Yeah, I saw him coming through my area next week and there's some questions, some minor red flag things. The sporadic reviews are one. The prices a little high for the area, but it's the going $180 for 60min to $280 for 90min is a bit odd, as most simply do a 50% bump over 60min for 90min or even have a discount for a longer session. This flags him to me as someone who might not be so experienced with this? As for the Wyoming thing, I met up with a British masseur doing a cross country road trip and he had set his home location to Idaho, which confused me. But he said he did because if you set it to a bigger place, you get constant messages from locals. Maybe that's the reason? Either way, if anybody has any positive info on him, that would be great, because as of now, I'm leaning towards sadly taking a miss.
