As always, assume the other guy is poz. You control your own prep status and nobody else's. 

Not sure what the obvious would be, but regardless, what's written in an advertisement cannot be guaranteed to be 100% truthful.  Ultimately a client needs to protect themselves according to the level of risk they are willing to assume, and not based on what a stranger says about their health status or medications.
