Rentmen can no longer process any pre-paid Visa's - including cards that are issued specifically for international use. The processor declines the purchase. Prepaid cards worked as recently as last December, but no longer. Bitcoin is also challenging because a number of US banks will no longer allow the purchase of Bitcoin. This includes Bank of America, etc.
