I contacted him through text to his phone and mentioned I wanted to have a conversation first to determine if we are compatible. Basically he states that he is not fluent in English, but that he could use Google translator. I decided to pass and wished him good luck. If I can not have a phone conversation with a provider before I hire then I just move on.
