My masseur of preference at 27th St. A gentleman. Great at what he does. I think his table shower is the best I have had. 

I find that the sugar scrubs are easier and more pleasant on the skin

He was a Living Fresh years ago and I went to him several times. He is really really good at what he does. Very skilled and kind.

Very boring and I wanted him to just stop. He clearly isn't trained very well and doesn't seem interested in what he is doing. Maybe he was having a bad day, but don't treat clients that way

I saw him once a few years ago. the photos on rentmasseur look nothing like him in person. He was nice and all, but it wasn't a great experience

I have been to him several times (pre-pandemic). I understand the vibe you mentioned, but the massage and experiences were so exceptional, so I went back, and will go back. I think he might be a bit of a 420 kind of guy, but also seems to be a bit of an athlete. He is a bit of a character, but an excellent masseur.
