In a 4-3 decision, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled, on Tuesday, December 19, that former President Donald Trump is disqualified from the state ballot under Section 3 of the United States Constitution's 14th Amendment. According to Section 3, an “officer” who has engaged in “insurrection” is ineligible to hold political office.
