I think everyone agrees we should wage a war against terrorists. The problem many of us have is in how Bush has done so. First, why did we go after Sadaam before we got Bin Laddin??? He is the Terrorist. Sadaam is just a dictator. He was not a threat to us.

The other problem we have with Bush's war ont terror is how poorly it was planned, how under funded and under equipped this action has been and for poor strategies for getting out of their in a reasonable amount of time.

War on Terror? Yes. But let's get the Terrorists. Not your Daddy's enemy.

Let's see:

More troops, or radically lower taxes for the richest? Lower taxes.

Fire an evangelical Christian US who smears Islam while wearing a US Army uniform, or not fire him and upset 'the base'? Don't fire.

Apologize to the UN for not finding WMD, and then make the case for why the our allies should join us in establishing a decent government in Iraq?? Don't apologize - for anything.

Listen to your CIA?? Only when you can cherrypick shreds for your ideology. When it disagrees - impugn it, or just ignore it.

Health secretary: No flu vaccine crisis

Monday, October 18, 2004 Posted: 1:57 PM EDT (1757 GMT)

Hundreds of people wait for hours last week for a flu vaccine outside a pharmacy in Alhambra, California. Flu Season

(CNN) -- The shortage of flu vaccine in the United States is "not a health crisis," Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson said, urging people to be patient as the government works to reallocate the nation's limited number of vaccines.

"I would like to tell individuals just be calm and don't stand in line, because we have approximately 24 million doses of vaccine that have not been shipped yet," Thompson said Sunday.

Hey Ricky,

Considering (according to you) the dismal state of the economy, no doubt it has become necessary for you to substantially reduce your escort rates. Yeah - right!

And can we also assume you pay your fair share of taxes on all the income you receive - yeah right again!

How dreadful that the Bush administration actually gave tax cuts to people who pay their taxes!
