The latest news on New Jersey's Governor Jim McGreevey who came out in a stunning announcement a few weeks ago, is that his former lover/aide Golan Cipel has decided not to sue him for sexual harassment. Golan, a pretty hot-looking Israeli national, has claimed that he is straight, and McGreevey forced himself on him. But of course, it's been clear that Golan got all sorts of benefits from his relationship, including a job in NJ government, then a series of private jobs arranged for him when things got too hot for him to stay in gov't. So his harassment claim, two years after the fact, is odd to say the least.

Anyway, the threat of him sueing McGreevey seems to have passed. The only regret I have is that we may never get the real truth and the sexy details. Then again we may, because the FBI is investigating possible extortion charges, and wants to interview Golan.
