I'm sorry you've been robbed and taken advantage of. But considering all the hiring members of the Forum (we also have some escorts and former escort members), there are lot of years of hiring experience here. Some of us are extremely experienced at hiring. Altogether we probably have more years of experience hiring than you will ever have as an escort. Some of us also-not me-have good jobs with good incomes. The upshot of all this (and I think I am not making an outlandish claim here), the majority of us would almost never prepay. And if we did, it would be someone we knew and had met before- not a new hire.
 
On the other hand I would never want to advise you to stop a practice that you think makes you safer.

I'll have to disagree. The escort was obviously trying to scam @matt842 from the beginning. I would have been very reluctant to pay. It also takes two to tango. The escort is responsible for the time as well as the client. It's up to the escort to say "We are heading past our agreed time to end. Did you want to extend?"
 
The only thing I'm still having trouble with is mistaking 4 hours for one hour. If I were that jet lagged, I'm not sure I would have been coherent at all. And I probably wouldn't have been hiring.

The only "advice" I can add is if you call Hotel Security, make sure to put the call ON SPEAKERPHONE. I once called Hotel Security on a provider but didn't put the call on speakerphone. Hotel Security offered to call the Police for me but then the guy calmed down a little so I told them no and it's OK. After a few minutes, the MANIAC probably think I FAKED calling Hotel Security and started acting up again. When I call Hotel Security the second time, I was so shaken up I couldn't hold the phone to my ear and had to put the call on speaker phone, he realized Hotel Security was about to call the Police and finally left.
 
So PUT YOUR CALL ON SPEAKERPHONE so the CREEP can hear you're actually calling the authority! I mean it's maybe obvious to some but it never occured to me so I thought I'm adding my 2cents

Ok, I've had that problem before too. I think the solution is to get to the View of the Review Site where the Escort is listed off to the left in its own pane. You can get there my using the search for escorts function. Then hover your mouse arrow, or your finger if using a phone or tablet, over the escort's name in the left pane. The entire URL with the escort's name should show up. And if on a pc, right click to copy and paste like normal. If on a phone or tablet, keep pressing with your finger to copy and paste. And if on an iMac of some type-well the one time I had one, I configured the mouse to work like a pc mouse. So I don't remember how to copy and paste natively with an iMac.

I think we had a discussion a while back about diagnosing but we did not get into treatment. If you have tried the other sources then this is what you are left with. I do have a friend who had multiple iv iron infusions and she did fine, just slept during the procedure. No pain, no reactions.
 
By the way, an anectdote - she had an asymptomatic hiatus hernia (esophagus to stomach) which was causing a very slow, constant, undetectable loss of blood. They did find the hernia with the usual studies and told her it was small and since she was asymptomatic nothing needed to be done. But she was getting more and more anemic, needed the iv iron, and so she convinced the surgeon to repair it and, lo and behold, her bleeding stopped and she was fine ever since!

I’m going to have to bite the bullet on this and hope for the best. I’m scared but the alternative is unacceptable. I did the same with the egg freezing and ended up regretting not having done it earlier.

Writing this from memory. May be wrong about some of this. Of course, there's also that new concern that written reviews beyond those three or four ''yes/no" questions are not visible to US users. The "hide me proxy" sometimes helps with this, though there have been new problems with this, also
